I have heard from so many of you looking for ways to support us and the studio. Our Community Workouts have always been a way for us to give back and now it’s a way to give both ways. Each Zoom and Outdoor class is donation-based. The class is free to sign up and you can make your donation here. If you want to give to the studio, this is an easy way to do so. We are accepting all size donations. Please spread the word about our classes, and join one or all of them.

Chan – Thank you! I built a 60 foot long fence with my Dad all day on Sunday - it involved a lot of lifting and arm strength and I never would have been able to do that without our workouts over the past month! Also, I ordered my wedding dress a size smaller - and it fits! Thanks so much for your help with my workouts, it's making a huge difference!
