H.I.I.T & Roll is everything you need in a workout in 60 minutes. Beginning with the H.I.I.T, a high intensity interval style workout which offers an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. You will develop muscular strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. Studies show that subjects performing H.I.I.T burn significantly more body fat—and in less time—than those who do steady-state cardio programs.

Ending class with the Roll, which should be a part of everyone’s workout routine. Foam rolling offers many of the same benefits as a sports massage, including reduced inflammation, scar tissue and joint stress, as well as improved circulation and improved flexibility. In addition, it helps prevent injury and promote muscle recovery. This is class is for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes.
