Manpower is no nonsense or fluff – just effective workouts for men (he, him, his). With a goal to not only build muscles but build a little camaraderie. The class will consist of exercises that will get you improve your body composition whether you are looking to lean out or get bigger. You will also improve your muscular strength and endurance, and become more powerful.

Train using primarily free weights. Free weights, not only improve strength but also help promote muscle balance and increase range of motion.

Most classes you can expect to see compound exercises and to train “explosively”. There are many benefits to explosive Olympic-style lifts. This type of lifting can improve your overall strength and power, increase metabolism, and improve fitness not to mention benefits for balance, range of motion, and flexibility
