Y4A (Yoga 4 Athletes and All) is an effective class, which integrates movement, strength and breath work to help athletes excel. The class is designed to impart flexibility, balance, and whole-body strength, creating improvements in an athlete’s form, efficiency, and power. A sequential routine with specific Yoga poses designed for athletes and all else whose flexibility may be challenged to specifically target areas of inflexibility and overuse. Y4A, reaches the athlete in all of us by improving balance, flexibility, power and stamina, which can result in improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery for athletes of all levels.
This class is designed for those who desire the tremendous benefits Yoga provides, in an efficient powerful 30 minute class, consisting of poses rooted in traditional yoga, focusing on stamina, balance, power and flexibility. Challenging enough to help you build long, lean muscles, yet accessible no matter your current fitness level. Y4A is an all-levels class, where participants will leave feeling stronger, mentally and physically.
