Zoom H.I.T.T is a 45 minute class with a high intensity 30-minute beginning featuring a variety of styles, including circuit training, and super circuit training. These training styles all offer an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. Circuit training is a weight training system where you do exercises quickly one after another for aerobic benefits as well as strength gains. Super circuit training combines the weight lifting exercises of circuit training with interval cardio training. You will develop muscular strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. The class ends with 10-15 minutes of yoga
