Looking for some post Thanksgiving fitness fun – having the workout of your life. Just imagine a light warm-up, 3-30 minute blasts, and a nice cool down. You’ll experience one high intensity workout after another if you dare to test your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance and ultimately your will! Can you imagine and will you take the challenge? Stay for the whole 2 hours, or jump in at the beginning of any 30 minute blast. Perhaps you will need to burn some calories after Thanksgiving or perhaps you’re just looking for a great workout. The BLACKOUT is for you… and your friends.
