Britney Johnson




Britney is a former collegiate athlete who has participated in sports her entire life. After graduating from college she transitioned her athletic career to one of fitness and health. Britney developed a passion for helping people accomplish their health and wellness goals, and supporting them on their wellness journey. As a certified personal trainer and a basketball skills development and strength conditioning coach, Britney believes that strength does not come from what you can do, but from overcoming the things you once thought you could not do. Britney currently works at the American Tobacco YMCA as a Wellness Director. Her mission is to motivate others to become a better version of themselves through focus, fun, passion, determination, self-love and belief.
