H.I.I.T & Strength is a intense workout featuring a variety of high intensity interval style workouts. These training styles all offer an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. You will develop muscular strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. Studies show that subjects performing H.I.I.T burn significantly more body fat—and in less time—than those who do steady-state cardio programs.

H.I.I.T & Strength is a combo class with a period of interval training and strength training for all major muscle groups. Each well-designed class is for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes.
