Cardio and Toning is a high intensity 45 minute full-body workout featuring a variety of styles of super circuit training. These training styles all offer an efficient and challenging form of conditioning combining cardio and strength training. You will develop muscular strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.

Each well-designed class is for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes. Each instructor caters to a wide variety of fitness levels. A great time saver, this class can be a refreshing and fun change from the monotony of other types of exercise. Studies show that subjects performing super circuit training get lean and toned faster than those who do steady-state cardio programs.
