Improve your cardiovascular endurance with this 40 minute cardio-based total-body conditioning class! You will challenge your aerobic endurance with 30 minutes of cardio exercises. Come prepared to dig deep and push to new training heights which result in more calories burned, fat loss and a feeling of success!
This class is coupled with 10 minutes of stretches to help improve your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. CardioSHRED is for all fitness levels.
