Are you ready to get started with our 21 Day Detox.

Remember this is the basis, the foundation of healthy eating. It’s simply real food as close as we can get it to its most natural state. During our detox we will avoid highly processed foods + sugary drinks. Here’s what we’ll eat:

Fruits – all

Vegetables – all except white potatoes and avocado

Protein source – chickpeas, beans, tofu, lentils, and egg whites

Grains – brown rice, quinoa, oats, barley, farro and bulgur

Dairy – plain low/no fat yogurt and low fat cheese

Drinks – unsweetened herbal tea, 1 cup of fresh juice and water (lots of water)

Spice it up, use salt, pepper, and all herbs and spices

Other stuff – ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, butter, low-fat mayo, low fat dressing, olive oil and butter

Sweetner – stevia and 1 tbsp or less of honey or maple syrup a day
