Ashley Miller is a certified group fitness instructor who specializes in sports conditioning. Ashley taught athletic conditioning classes in Asheville, NC before moving to Barcelona, Spain to study a Master’s in International Relations. While in Barcelona, she taught outdoor boot camp and small group personal training classes. In 2016 she returned to the town of her undergraduate alma mater (Chapel Hill) to work in public health research.
Ashley grew up playing a variety of sports—swimming, soccer, skiing, and even bowling—but it was not until 2013 that she discovered a passion for weight training and group fitness classes. The discovery inspired Ashley to become a group fitness instructor in 2014 so she could help others experience the empowering physical and mental benefits of group exercise. In addition to daily physical activity, Ashley believes that plant-based foods and adequate sleep are essential ingredients for living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
