Sariah Hopkins




After 10 years of working in the mental health field as a counselor, helping children, adolescence, adults, and families, Sariah shifted her focus to becoming a mother and caring for her two children.  Sariah turned to fitness in order to stay connected and to become the healthiest, strongest mother she could be for her family. Fitness quickly became her passion and when it was time to go back to work she decided to make wellness her new career path. 

Sariah is a certified personal training and group fitness instructor having worked with small groups and individuals at a large fitness center in Durham.  Her passion is working with weight loss programs and health coaching as she supports individuals in adopting a healthier lifestyle.  Sariah believes there are several factors that contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle and that successful weight loss does not merely depend on the calories we consume.  She believes that consideration must be given to the entire person — mind, body and spirit, as well as environmental obstacles that we encounter in our daily life.  Sariah is a certified personal trainer, with certifications in Insanity and PiYo.  She is also a licensed professional counselor holding a masters degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

90 Day Unlimited Class Pass with 6-30 minute personal training sessions. In addition to unlimited classes. You'll have a personal training to help you set clear and realistic physical fitness goals. Objectives include: - How fitness goals will be achieved - Amount of work needed to reach goals - Types of activities desired to reach goals - Guide fitness workouts - Monitor progress and adjust plan accordingly - Provide accountability and motivation in achieving fitness goals
