Stretching Series

To achieve optimal physical fitness, it's essential to maintain good levels of muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. While many excel in the first three areas, flexibility often poses a challenge. To address this, we're excited to introduce our Stretching Series. Stretching plays a vital role in any fitness regimen, enhancing flexibility, boosting performance, and reducing injury risks.

Our comprehensive series will explore various types of stretching, including passive, active, and dynamic techniques. We'll provide examples and detailed instructions to help you integrate stretching seamlessly into your fitness routine and improve your flexibility effectively.

The series will take place on May 4th, May 18th, and June 8th from 9:30am to 10:15am. The cost for the entire series is $99. (limited to 6 participants)

Walk/Run. We are preparing for the upcoming race season so it's time to start moving. Sign up now for our Heart Health Month Virtual 5k.  The rules are simple. Sign up. Back to Me Bootcamp 1st Quarter ‘24

Monday Jan. 29th - Thursday Feb. 29th

The program kicks off Monday January 29th, with a weigh-in, physical assessment and nutrition talk. Workout sessions are held every Monday and Thursday, 5:30-6:30pm.

The program follows a strict diet and exercise plan to detox the body through clean eating and regular exercise. The goal is to do the work to get back on track to live well, your healthiest lift.
