Small Group: One, 45 minute session
FitCamp is a 4-week training series utilizing the formula of a fat-burning diet, hard-hitting workouts, nutritional guidance and weight training to shred fat and improve overall health.
Over the 4 weeks you will participate in a pre and post fitness assessment, adhere to a progressive training plan and commit to following nutrition guidelines. This series will include 4 group-training sessions per week.
* 4 weeks, with three, 45 minute sessions each week for a total of 12 sessions
* Pre and post fitness assessment
* Strength Training, TRX, Circuit Training and Yoga
* Weekly Weigh-ins
Join Beer Durham and The 360° Approach for our first social. We have a Bootcamp workout on tap led by a few of 360 great instructors. Afterwards hang around for some fun and libations at Beer Durham. There will be beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. If you register for the workout the first one is on us!
Living Well is a 4-week wellness session that meets twice per week for 45-60 minutes. The session begins with an assessment, goal setting and nutrition guidance. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved diet or better physical condition, this program is for you.
