Chan is a certified Health Coach and certified Personal Trainer with more than 20 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. In 2015, she founded The 360° Approach in downtown Durham, where she has successfully led the studio for over 10 years with a mission rooted in wellness, longevity, and community.
Her specialties include functional fitness, strength training for longevity, mobility, and flexibility, with a focus on serving the general population. Chan believes fitness should support real life—helping clients feel confident in their bodies, stay active as they age, and build habits that last.
Voted Best Personal Trainer in the Triangle multiple times, Chan and The 360° Approach have also been recognized as the Best Place to Get in Shape in Durham. She works with a wide range of clients—from beginners to athletes, professionals to retirees—offering personalized training and health coaching in small-group and one-on-one settings. Chan has intentionally built a welcoming, supportive space where individuals feel encouraged, seen, and supported on their wellness journey.

With a philosophy of addressing the whole person and utilizing structured coaching models, 360 Approach strives to create a wellness community that supports individuals in creating balance in their lives.
