This Level 1 Strength + Conditioning course builds a strong foundation for safe, effective training. Over 8 progressive sessions, clients will learn proper movement mechanics, technique, and body awareness to support long-term strength and endurance.

Each class includes a purposeful warm-up to increase blood flow, activate muscles, and prepare joints for movement, followed by a cool down to support recovery, improve flexibility, and help reduce soreness.

Clients will learn essential mobility drills to improve joint range of motion, movement quality, and overall efficiencyโ€”key components for preventing injury and moving well during training and daily life.

The course focuses on functional strength training, emphasizing correct form and technique to safely build strength and endurance, improve stability and posture, and develop confidence in foundational movements.
