Live Well Spring Session

What could you accomplish with 4 committed weeks of living well? Is it weight-loss, a healthier diet, and/or a consistent exercise routine? We can help you if you’re ready and committed! Our Live Well program is a 4 week small group session. That helps you focus, refocus, or reset to live better, to live well!

Ready to Live Well

The program kicks off Tuesday April 22nd, 5:15pm with a weigh-in, physical assessment and nutrition talk. Then join us from Tuesday April 22nd - Tuesday May 20th, every Tuesday and Thursday for a group meeting. You’ll move your body in every session learning proper technique and the benefits of different training styles like Strength Training, Circuit Training, Flexibility and Mobility. In addition, we’ll have a group wellness talk on Thursday May 1st and Tuesday May 13th.
