Wednesday August 14th - Wednesday September 18th
The program kicks off Wednesday August 14th, with a weigh-in, physical assessment and nutrition talk. Workout sessions are held every Monday and Wednesday, 5:15-6:15pm.
The program follows a strict diet and exercise plan to detox the body through clean eating and regular exercise. The goal is to do the work to get back on track to live well and be your healthiest self.
