Back to Me Bootcamp Session 1
Tuesday March 11th - Thursday April 8th
The program kicks off Tuesday March 11th, with a weigh-in, physical assessment and nutrition talk. Workout sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday 5:15-6:15pm.
The program follows a strict diet and exercise plan to detox the body through clean eating and regular exercise. The goal is to do the work to get back on track to live well and be your healthiest self.
