LEVEL 1 STRENGTH + CONDITIONING
4 Weeks | 8 Sessions | Tuesday + Thursday 5:15pm
This Level 1 Strength + Conditioning course builds a strong foundation for safe, effective training. Over 8 progressive sessions, clients will learn proper movement mechanics, technique, and body awareness to support long-term strength and endurance.
Each class includes a purposeful warm-up to increase blood flow, activate muscles, and prepare joints for movement, followed by a cool down to support recovery, improve flexibility, and help reduce soreness.
Clients will learn essential mobility drills to improve joint range of motion, movement quality, and overall efficiency—key components for preventing injury and moving well during training and daily life.
The course focuses on functional strength training, emphasizing correct form and technique to safely build strength and endurance, improve stability and posture, and develop confidence in foundational movements.
Ideal for beginners and intermediate or anyone looking to refine the basics and build a solid strength foundation.

Community Dinners
It’s a night of good food, good company, and a great cause. Doesn’t that sound exciting?
We’re thrilled to introduce Community Dinners—intimate evenings where members gather over a 4-course meal by a special local chef, connect with each other, and support our 2025 fundraising goals for new and replacement equipment.
The fun twist? The location and chef remain a surprise until just 3 days before the event!
At 360, your membership keeps our doors open and our community strong. Annual fundraisers like this one help us upgrade vital equipment—this year’s wish list includes curved treadmills, row machines, recovery tools, and more.
Tickets are offered on a sliding scale from $50–$250, just like our services.
Choose the amount that feels right for you—every ticket helps fund new equipment and sustain our mission. (Tickets go on sale Monday, October 20th at 12:00pm.)
