Our Live Well program is a 4 week small group session that helps you focus, refocus or reset to live better, to live well!
The program kicks off Thursday January 12th, 5:15pm with a weigh-in, physical assessment and nutrition talk. Then join Chan every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm for an efficient 45-minute group training session. During the session you will not only break a sweat, but learn proper technique and the benefits of different training styles, like HIIT, Strength Training, and Circuit Training.
