Our Group Classes bring together 8–20 participants for an energizing, instructor-led workout designed to challenge, encourage, and inspire. From yoga and mobility to strength, bootcamp, HIIT, dance, circuit training, and more, each class offers a unique experience while meeting you where you are. Whether you're building strength, improving endurance, increasing flexibility, or simply looking for a fun way to move, you'll find expert coaching, motivating energy, and a supportive community every step of the way.

Personalized coaching. Powerful results.

Small Group Training combines the individualized attention of personal training with the motivation of a small community. In groups of just 3–7 participants, your trainer provides focused coaching to improve movement quality, build strength, enhance endurance, and increase mobility. With more individualized instruction and accountability, you'll gain confidence in your form, make consistent progress, and work toward your goals in an encouraging, supportive environment.

Open Gym gives you dedicated time to move independently while enjoying access to our wellness studio in a relaxed, uncrowded setting. During these limited-capacity sessions, you can follow one of our posted workouts—designed to target specific muscle groups or training goals—or complete your own fitness or physical therapy program. Whether you're reinforcing what you've learned in class, working toward a personal goal, or simply enjoying the freedom to move on your own schedule, Open Gym provides the space and flexibility to make your wellness practice your own.
