Join us for the Trainer Challenge, where our dedicated fitness coaches will compete in a series of 9 eventsโnot for a title, but to raise funds for new equipment and community programs. This exciting event is a chance to see our trainers in action while supporting a great cause.
How You Can Support:
Sponsor an Event: Select an exercise or challenge youโd like to see, and watch the trainers compete in your chosen event!
Sponsor a Trainer: Help your athlete shine on event day by coaching them through the competition. Your support begins with selecting their workout outfit(s) to pushing them during each challenge.
Come Support: Join us to cheer on the trainers and help 360 continue to thrive in our community.

The Trainerโs Challenge is a fun, high-energy fundraiser designed to bring our fitness community together while supporting the purchase of new equipment. This year members have the unique opportunity to "challenge" our trainers by sponsoring events that test different aspects of fitness and athleticism. From strength and endurance to mobility and flexibility, each event gives participants a chance to cheer on their favorite trainers, create friendly competition, and enjoy an entertaining showcase of fitness. Every challenge sponsored helps raise funds for new equipment while building camaraderie, motivation, and plenty of memorable moments.

Lower Body Strength & Power Challenge
This challenge is designed to test lower body strength, explosiveness, and power output. Trainers will face an event that showcases the strength of their glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves while demonstrating athletic power and performance. Purchase this challenge to see who truly has the strongest foundation.
The Mobility Challenge is designed to test a trainer's ability to move efficiently through a variety of ranges of motion while maintaining balance, control, and stability. This event highlights the foundation of healthy movement and functional fitness. Purchase this challenge to see how well your trainer performs when flexibility, coordination, and body control are put to the test.
Upper Body Strength & Power Challenge
The Upper Body Strength & Power Challenge is designed to test the trainer's ability to generate force and demonstrate strength through the chest, shoulders, back, and arms. This event will challenge both raw power and athletic performance, giving members a front-row seat to an exciting display of upper-body capability.
The Flexibility Challenge is designed to assess a trainer's ability to achieve and maintain range of motion in key muscle groups and joints. Participants can purchase this event to see whether their trainer has practiced what they preach when it comes to stretching, recovery, and movement quality. Expect some impressive displaysโand perhaps a few surprises!
Want to see your trainer step outside their comfort zone? The Wild Card Challenge gives participants the opportunity to design a unique event that tests trainers in any way they choose. Challenges can be fitness-based, skill-based, creative, or simply entertainingโas long as they are safe and approved by the Head Judge. These events often become the most memorable moments of the Trainerโs Challenge, bringing laughter, excitement, and unexpected twists to the competition.
Cardiovascular Endurance Challenge
This event tests a trainer's cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and ability to sustain effort over time. Whether it's rowing, cycling, running, or another endurance-based activity, trainers will be pushed to keep moving and maintain performance under fatigue. Purchase this challenge and see whose engine is built to last.
The Muscular Endurance Challenge measures a trainer's ability to repeatedly perform movements over an extended period of time. This event rewards grit, determination, and the ability to push through fatigue. Members who purchase this challenge will help determine just how much staying power their trainers really have.
