Super Circuit Training

Super Circuit Training is a high intensity 45-minute workout featuring super circuit training. This training style offer an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. Circuit training is a weight training system where you do exercises quickly one after another for aerobic benefits as well as strength gains. Super circuit training combines the weight lifting exercises of circuit training with interval cardio training. You will develop muscular strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination.

 

Strength

Strength is a circuit training training class that challenges each muscles group and muscular endurance.

H.I.I.T & Strength

H.I.I.T & Strength is a intense workout featuring a variety of high intensity interval style workouts. These training styles all offer an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. You will develop muscular strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination. Studies show that subjects performing H.I.I.T burn significantly more body fat—and in less time—than those who do steady-state cardio programs.

H.I.I.T & Strength is a combo class with a period of interval training and strength training for all major muscle groups. Each well-designed class is for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes. Each instructor caters to a wide variety of fitness levels. A great time saver, this class can be a refreshing and fun change from the monotony of other types of exercise

 

D45

D45 is a high intensity 45-minute workout featuring a variety of styles, including circuit training, and super circuit training. These training styles all offer an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. Cardio + Stretch

Improve your cardiovascular endurance with this 40 minute cardio-based total-body conditioning class! You will challenge your aerobic endurance with 30 minutes of cardio exercises. Come prepared to dig deep and push to new training heights which result in more calories burned, fat loss and a feeling of success!

This class is coupled with 10 minutes of stretches to help improve your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. 

Bootcamp

Bootcamp classes are developed to shock the body in the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and muscle strength. The training utilizes free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and other equipment. No one class is ever the same unless it’s a test to challenge your overall fitness and growth. With this class you are guaranteed to lose body fat and build muscle. Our trainers are some of the best around and promote a positive, supportive environment that will help you break past your own personal boundaries and push you to a greater fitness level.

 
 

Yoga

Yoga is the perfect practice to implement into your daily life. Yoga has many benefits. In addition to being a complete exercise program which builds strength and increases flexibility, it expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. This class is appropriate for all levels. The physical postures of yoga are used to alleviate health problems and reduce stress.

Strength and Core

Strength and Core is a class with a period of interval training and/or strength training for most major muscle groups. With 10-20 minutes devoted to strengthening and sculpting your core. Improve your posture as we target muscles of the mid & lower back, obliques and of course that 6-pack!

ManPOWER

Manpower is no nonsense or fluff - just effective workouts for men (he, him, his). With a goal to not only build muscles but build a little camaraderie. The class will consist of exercises that will get you improve your body composition whether you are looking to lean out or get bigger. You will also improve your muscular strength and endurance, and become more powerful. 

Train using primarily free weights. Free weights, not only improve strength but also help promote muscle balance and increase range of motion.

Most classes you can expect to see compound exercises and to train "explosively". There are many benefits to explosive Olympic-style lifts. This type of lifting can improve your overall strength and power, increase metabolism, and improve fitness not to mention benefits for balance, range of motion, and flexibility
